Full demonstration
Student has fully demonstrated the competency. Awarded via interview Q/A/M bucket marking.
Understands but has gaps
Student grasps the material but still has areas to strengthen. Awarded via interview or Canvas quiz.
Meets the standard
Passing grade. Awarded via interview (P bucket), Canvas quiz import, or manual entry.
Basic familiarity only
Student recognizes the material but cannot demonstrate it. Interview-only via Q bucket.
